Who We Are
VividSRK (operating at vividsrk.vividtesting.com) is a fan portal dedicated to celebrating Shah Rukh Khan — his movies, music, dialogues, and legacy. We host fan competitions for people of all ages.
VividSRK is operated by Vividtesting and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT (Amendment) Act 2008, and applicable Indian data protection laws.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform and run competitions:
- Account details: Full name, username, email address, age, phone number, city
- Payment reference: UPI transaction ID (we never store UPI PINs, passwords, or full card details)
- Uploaded content: Fan art, singing audio, dance videos, dialogue recordings submitted for competitions
- Quiz data: Answers and scores from quiz competitions
- Device data: Browser type, IP address (for security and anti-fraud purposes)
- Usage data: Pages visited, interactions (anonymous analytics)
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your VividSRK account and competition profile
- To verify payments and activate your competition registrations
- To calculate quiz scores and display leaderboard rankings
- To send competition results, prize notifications, and important updates via email
- To moderate uploaded content for community guidelines compliance
- To prevent fraud and ensure fair, legitimate competition
- To improve the platform and fix technical issues
- To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations
We will never sell your personal data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Information Sharing
Your information is shared only in these limited, necessary circumstances:
- Judges: Competition entries and participant names shared with approved judges for scoring only
- Prize distribution: Winner banking/UPI details shared only for transferring prize money
- Legal requirement: If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority
- Safety: Where necessary to prevent harm or fraud
We do not share data with advertising networks, social media platforms for targeting, or any foreign entity without explicit consent.
Competitions & Content Uploads
When you upload competition entries (fan art, audio recordings, dance videos):
- All uploads are stored in a secure, non-public server directory
- Content is reviewed by our moderation team before any public display
- Winning entries may be featured on VividSRK for promotional purposes — we will seek consent before doing so
- Files are retained for 6 months after competition close, then permanently deleted
- You may request removal of your uploaded content at any time by contacting us
Payments & UPI Transactions
- Payments are made directly through your UPI application to our PayTM UPI ID
- We store only the UPI Transaction Reference Number for payment verification
- We never have access to your UPI PIN, bank password, or full account details
- Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is verified
- Prizes are distributed via bank transfer or UPI within 30 days of official results
- Prize amounts above ₹10,000 are subject to TDS deduction under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961
Cookies
We use only essential, functional cookies:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in during your visit. Expires on browser close.
- Security cookie: Protects against CSRF attacks
- Preference cookie: Remembers your display settings
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or third-party analytics that track you across websites.
Data Security
- All passwords are hashed using bcrypt — plain text passwords are never stored
- The site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- File uploads are stored outside the public web root
- Protection against SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF is implemented throughout
- Admin access uses separate credentials with role-based permissions
Your Rights
Under Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access all personal data we hold about you

- Delete your account and associated data
